Taxation offences and the case of Centro
It is very unlikely that the company board rooms in the country are about to be abandoned by edgy directors (as feared by the defence lawyers) merely because of the Federal Court’s recent decision in Australian Securities and Investments Commission v Healey [2011] FCA 717.
